Responsibilities

Receive and follow up on qualified leads received from Sales Development, utilizing various channels such as networking, outbound calls, and attending industry events
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business goals and challenges
Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs, demonstrating the functions of products and services, to close the sale
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolving any issues that may arise post-sale
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or similar field, preferred
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently
Prior ability of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Understanding of client's needs and goals
