They are seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to assist with managing diverse electrical construction projects across industries and locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Project Manager to manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Assist with budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking

Collaborate to oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision

Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities

Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations

Help to provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency

Required

Electrical field experience with industrial/commercial electrical projects

Knowledge in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work

Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing

Ability to assist with management of multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

Self-motivated with leadership and time management skills

Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
