Responsibilities
Hand-solder through-hole components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, headers, transformers, etc.)
Inspect solder joints, cold joints, shorts, and alignment following a working example
Perform functional tests, following a test procedure
Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with through-hole soldering components
Ability to produce clean, solder joints
Able to use a soldering iron, multimeter, and basic test equipment
Basic understanding of electronic components and polarity
Attention to detail and quality
