Responsibilities

Lead and develop your on-site team, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver excellent customer service
Build strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns, fostering community engagement, and maintaining high resident retention rates
Oversee budget management, rent collections, and expense control to meet or exceed financial goals and ensure maximum occupancy
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the property remains in top condition, addressing any issues promptly
Ensure the property adheres to all legal requirements and company policies, preparing reports and updates for upper management
Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure full occupancy, working closely with leasing teams to drive success

Required

4+ years of progressive experience in a similar multifamily product, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Community Manager in multifamily
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent level of education and experience
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for purpose of routine outreach marketing and shopping comps; mileage reimbursement will be provided at IRS current rate
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and market trends
Passion for creating thriving communities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Class A or luxury lease-up properties preferred
CAM designation is a plus
Proficiency in Yardi software preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed
