Responsibilities
Provide strategic finance leadership to Engineering leaders to support operating leverage through resource allocation and investment optimization by providing visibility into the current resource landscape, analyzing macro‑level results, and applying systems thinking to identify and recommend decision‑making levers
Builds a cohesive narrative by incorporating business insights from resource allocation and workforce planning, and by understanding the relationship between resource allocation and overall financial performance. Analyzes results against plan and forecast, monitors trends, and evaluates key levers to support ongoing business and finance rhythms
Partner across Engineering to support process effectiveness and regularly assess portfolio health by reviewing key drivers to identify opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs. Ensure resources and investments remain aligned with business strategy, product engineering roadmaps, and company priorities
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization
