Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to accurately estimate the resources required for the successful execution of commercial roofing projects
Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid stages through to project completion
Organize and lead meetings with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders
Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or estimating
In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications
Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid stages through to project completion
Organize and lead meetings with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders
Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards
