Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy designed to further organizational goals
Oversee and manage the organization’s external and internal communications channels
Work closely with other executives to craft messaging and communications that accurately represent Foundever vision and values
Coordinate public relations efforts that promote a positive image of the organization
Direct crisis communications, planning, and response
Manage a communications team and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure effective, consistent messaging
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of communications, public relations, or related experience with a strong emphasis on communications in the digital era
Prior experience in a leadership role within a complex organization
An intimate understanding of digital marketing and social media development strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive and manage a team effectively
A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
Preferred
An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is a strong plus
