Responsibilities
Greet every customer, with a smile and provide them with a non-pressure atmosphere where the customer provides a safe environment where customers feel free to ask questions and make decisions
Utilize your training to provide your customer with all the information needed to make a fully educated decision
Provide excellent customer care, addressing concerns and resolving any issues in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
Answer phone calls as needed, this should be a direct extension of the showroom sales experience
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and basic math proficiency essential for processing transactions accurately
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
