Supervisor, Advanced Video Investment

The Supervisor role in the Advanced TV practice involves managing campaign activations, reporting, and team development while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage the activation, reporting, and invoicing lifecycle for Lift campaigns, including:
Partner with Investment team to build campaign details in Prisma and send IOs to vendors
Review tags to ensure compliance with vendor specs and troubleshoot where necessary
Set-up reporting, inclusive of required metrics, for vendors’ use in pacing and billing
Collaborate with vendors to optimize campaigns for full-delivery and adherence to client requirements
Deliver weekly pacing reports to clients
Develop post campaign reports detailing campaign delivery, insights, and recommendations for future efforts
Work with Analytics team to track campaign measurement deliverables, review reports, and present to clients
Establish and maintain positive relationships between all internal and external parties that support PMX Lift
Develop and oversee our growing team and talent
Lead training efforts for, and provide effective feedback to, Negotiators to ensure they progress in their roles
Serve as first-point of leadership for Negotiators as they fulfill their day-to-day responsibilities
Uphold and demonstrate high standards of quality across all processes and outputs
Maintaining processes and look for further efficiencies in day to day workflow

Required

3-5 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
Direct report management experience
Background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, CTV, and OTT
Experience required with Advanced TV platforms/vendors (examples including Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Disney, NBCU, LG, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Prisma, Salesforce, MS Office Suite, 3rd Party Ad Servers (Innovid, DCM, etc.) and Verification/Reporting Companies (DV, IAS, iSpot, VideoAmp, etc.)
Significant involvement in invoice reconciliation and client billing
Credible, courageous, persuasive, and extremely well organized
Displays a growth mindset to go beyond their own remit
Takes accountability when things go wrong
Empowers others, giving them space and authority in their roles
Gives recognition when individuals deliver or take risks
Can connect the dots to develop the bigger picture strategy
