Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Lab Technician to support their Finish Side department. The role involves maintaining jobs in a fast-paced environment, assisting the production lead, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Maintain, balance and prioritize jobs while working in a fast paced environment

Perform work in the Check In, Layout, Insert, and Check Out functions within the Finish Side department at any given time

Provide assistance to the finish production lead through effective communication

Maintain organized and clean work area, including equipment

Maintains compliance with the organization’s confidentiality policy in accordance to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Monitors MWEC processes to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and with the guidelines set by relevant regulatory agencies

Required

High school graduate, or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
