Responsibilities
Tell the story behind the numbers: Prepare and present mortgage performance insights that resonate with leaders across Strategy, Collections, Credit Risk, and Product
Design strategies that speak volumes: Develop and implement enhancements that improve performance and drive long-term impact
Track and narrate progress: Maintain robust performance reporting that highlights trends and opportunities
Collaborate to create alignment: Partner with Product, Finance, and Credit Risk to ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected outcomes
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in collections analytics and/or credit risk analytics
SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL / Alteryx / DBeaver or other data mining experience; Tableau
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
Passion for 'story telling' through data
Strong statistical background or experience in measuring operational strategies
Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various internal stakeholders
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions
Able to thrive and prioritize in a changing environment
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance, Science etc.)
