They are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Client Experience Associate to join their client service team, where the role involves greeting visitors, assisting with client service tasks, and supporting internal operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all visitors to the office

Schedule and facilitate client office visits

Maintain a clean and presentable reception area

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Help with purchase and approval of client gifts

Provide support to the Growth & Marketing team

Set up and break down in-office meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Manage FedEx account and office supply inventory

Load/unload dishwasher and maintain common areas

Be the primary liaison with building management

Provide executive support to Management Team

Scan and route incoming checks

Log and scan client custodial statements

Required

Experience delivering white glove client experiences

Prior experience in client-facing or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent
