Facilities Manager
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination across all offices
Serve as liaison with building management for security, parking, and access
Oversee conference centers, including room setup, catering, A/V systems, and vendor support
Coordinate construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines
Review contracts and manage vendor relationships
Supervise facilities support personnel and assist in department budgeting
Support trial teams with logistics, office equipment, trial supplies, and remote location coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, project management, or construction within a professional services environment
Knowledge of lease agreements, vendor management, and facility operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms quickly
