Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of merchandise from trucks

Ensures proper storage of merchandise in designated areas

Correct use of warehouse tools to complete tasks

Ensures warehouse machinery meets standard levels of functionality

Receives merchandise and ensure proper label is affixed

Reviews purchase order and invoice to ensure proper distribution of orders

Completes all customer orders (internal and external)

Complies with internal security codes included in the warehouse manual

Records (data entry) merchandise quantities into systems

Identifies and reports damaged merchandise

Assists in physical inventory counts

Gathers customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area

Performs duties as assigned by the warehouse coordinator or logistics manager

Ensures compliance with safety standards

This position may perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned
