The Manager OSP Operations will manage all aspects of OSP/ISP projects, focusing on project execution from bid through site completion while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Operations management of all OSP/ISP services

Project management of the delivery of client projects, ensuring a professional relationship and the effective delivery of sustainability services to time and budget

Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Oversight of team members in the development and delivery of projects

Working in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputs

Supporting the professional development of junior colleagues, including line management opportunities

Responsible for P&L OSP/ISP line of business

Responsible for overseeing construction operations of installations

Required

10+ years OSP/ISP industry experience

Exceptional project management experience

Experience with end user customers on installation projects

Experience with utility companies, specifically power utilities

Strong experience with construction operations on installation projects

Proven success with developing and implementing ambitious business improvement and implementation strategies

Strong problem-solving skills

Flexible, hardworking, and able to multitask with ability to work tight deadlines

Excellent computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Relevant academic degree and/or master or equivalent work experience – science, technology and engineering with significant exposure to commercial decision making

This position has supervisory responsibilities

Travel 50%

Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
