Baystate Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join their clinical team. The role involves providing high levels of patient care and satisfaction, answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with treatment plans.

Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal

Respond to patient questions and or concerns

Answering Telephones

Scheduling Appointments

Maintaining Appointment Book

Confirming Appointments

Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments

Post charges and payments to patient accounts

Checking voicemail on a daily basis

Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients

Qualification

Dental office experienceInsurance knowledgeCustomer service skillsTelephone answeringAppointment scheduling

Required

Experience working in a dental office is required

Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus

Experience answering telephone

Must have exceptional customer service skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience
