Conduct monthly loan level testing to verify sub-servicer adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
Review and rate quality of call activity by listening to call recordings
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae servicing requirements
Knowledge of various loan products, such as FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proficiency in relevant and Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written communication skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-3 years of experience in mortgage industry, mortgage servicing preferred
Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
