Responsibilities
Learn how to craft engaging job postings for our careers page, job boards, and social media
Learn how to screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for job opportunities
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with candidates and hiring teams
Assist with maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (Workday)
Participate and support recruitment-related events such as career fairs, networking, workshops, etc
Work with the team to identify areas of opportunity and improvement within our recruitment process
Potentially support the development and design of our employee value proposition (EVP) and/or other People Strategy projects, based on team needs and bandwidth
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in the social sciences or another relevant field of study is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required
Enthusiasm to learn, grow professionally, and be mentored
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and capacity for creative problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
