Building strong working relationships with our residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service
Coordinating and hosting resident events
Following up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitoring building security
Publishing resident newsletter
Exhibiting a “can do” attitude
Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
