Interacting directly with new leads to convert into new Lawn Doctor Customers over the phone
Interacting with existing customers to add additional services to their program
Providing clear and realistic expectations to boost customer experience
Maintaining a focus on quality service for customers and potential customers
Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns
Retaining customers through proactive post sale follow-up
Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor services to answer questions customers or prospects may have
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to work
Good attendance record
Strong sales background with inside and outside sales experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working directly with customers
Strong phone sales skills
