Assistant/Associate/Professor (Clinical) - (Clinical) Track - DOQ
The University of Utah is seeking an experienced faculty candidate for their CAATE accredited Athletic Training program. The role involves managing clinical education, teaching, and mentoring students while contributing to a collaborative and innovative department.

Responsibilities
Manage clinical education within the Athletic Training program, which may include:
Manage and facilitate ongoing development of student competencies and skills assessed during clinical education experiences
Collect and analyze data associated with clinical education, including student and preceptor evaluations
Manage preceptor training and evaluations
Assign students to clinical education experiences and manage clinical sites
Teach within the Athletic Training program, based on area of expertise
Mentor athletic training students
Perform service, as appropriate, to the department, college, university, profession, and community
Qualification
Required
Terminal Degree: academic (PhD, EdD, ScD) or clinical (DAT)
Possess certification as an Athletic Trainer from the Board of Certification (BOC)
Eligible for licensure as an athletic trainer in the State of Utah
Active National Provider Identification (NPI) number
At least 3 years of clinical athletic training experience
Preferred
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a CAATE accredited program
Successful completion of accredit residency program
