Provide support for applications such as JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and AI tools
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Assist with application configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration across systems
Document issues and resolutions for future reference
Train and support end-users on application functionality
Monitor application performance and ensure security compliance
Perform basic SQL queries and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Provide support for applications such as JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and AI tools
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Assist with application configuration, maintenance, and upgrades

Train and support end-users on application functionality

0–3 years of experience in IT application support or related roles (internship experience welcome)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with JD Edwards, Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL or similar tools are preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
