Confidential is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager - Performance Leader to oversee the smooth operation of their office environment while driving team productivity and organizational excellence. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including front desk activities, multi-line phone systems, and visitor coordination to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Oversee schedule management for executives and team members, coordinating meetings, appointments, and event planning to optimize productivity
Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance and service quality
Maintain accurate payroll processing and vendor management to support financial health and operational efficiency
Handle human resources functions such as filing employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with office policies
Coordinate event planning for team meetings, company events, or community outreach initiatives to foster engagement and morale
Manage office supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while controlling costs

Required

Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting with a track record of leading teams effectively
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll management

Experience with medical billing, chiropractic software, eligibility verification, AR collections, and marketing coordination
Knowledge of human resources practices including employee filing systems, onboarding procedures, and compliance standards related to office management
Excellent communication skills combined with organizational prowess to handle clerical tasks such as filing, front desk duties, and multi-line phone systems efficiently

Preferred

Prior experience managing medical or healthcare office environments is a plus but not required
