They are seeking a Vice President of Finance, a highly capable finance executive who is IPO-ready and deeply experienced in the CPG space, to design and scale the company's financial operations and systems.

Responsibilities
Lead and scale all finance functions: FP&A, reporting, compliance, treasury, and technical accounting
Drive readiness for a potential IPO, including audit prep, SOX controls, financial disclosures, and governance alignment
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
Implement scalable systems, policies, and financial infrastructure from early stage to enterprise-level growth
Serve as a strategic business partner across departments and with executive leadership
Provide financial leadership in capital planning, M&A activity, and investor relations
Qualification
Required
Active CPA with early career experience at a Big Four public accounting firm
Proven progressive finance leadership experience, with increasing scope and responsibility
CPG manufacturing background required; food manufacturing experience highly preferred
Experience in a high-growth, private equity–backed, or IPO-preparatory environment is essential
Preferred
