Responsibilities

Work at direction of Attorneys and Paralegals

Responsible for all State and Federal Court e-filings

Responsible for organization of files

Draft routine legal documents

General office support

Support other team members with training and education to encourage best practices and high-quality service

Required

2+ years hands-on experience working with legal departments or in litigation, including admin support

Microsoft Office experience

Strong technical aptitude and interest

Interest in learning a variety of tools to aid knowledge management and vendor engagement to assist attorneys and paralegals

Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams

Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters and conflicting deadlines

Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner

Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others

Customer service oriented and responsive

Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
