Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, including sourcing, production, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment

Develop production schedules and ensure manufacturing partners meet deadlines

Forecast demand for new and core products, maintaining optimal inventory levels

Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and factories, monitoring performance, lead times, and quality

Coordinate logistics with warehouses and fulfillment operations to ensure timely deliveries

Optimize shipping, distribution, and returns processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Identify supply chain bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions

Track supply chain metrics and report performance to senior management

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals

Support the scaling of operations and help adapt supply chain processes as the company grows
