Responsibilities
Coordinate daily program activities, setup, and cleanup
Engage positively with children, families, and staff
Maintain site organization, safety, and cleanliness throughout the day
Support meal distribution and ensure compliance with health standards
Complete administrative checklists, postings, and daily reports
Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure seamless operations
Qualification
Required
Background in youth programs, education, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality is required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light activity
Completion of one-day training and successful background check required to work with children
