Executive Vice President of Sales
Unilumin USA is a global leader in LED display technology, committed to delivering innovative and energy-efficient solutions. The Executive Vice President of Sales will develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the U.S sales strategy aligned with company priorities and annual revenue targets
Drive new customer acquisition, key account expansion, and renewal/upsell strategies across regions and verticals
Define sales coverage model, territory design, and segmentation (regions/verticals/key accounts)
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including regional leaders and specialized sales teams
Establish clear goals (quarterly/annual quotas), KPIs, and performance cadence
Own end-to-end sales operating rhythm: pipeline generation targets, stage definitions, win/loss reviews, and forecast accuracy
Ensure consistent CRM adoption and data hygiene; drive reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
Personally engage with top strategic customers and high-stakes opportunities to accelerate close rates and long-term relationships
Establish executive-level customer relationships and sponsor account plans for priority accounts
Develop channel/partner strategies where applicable (integrators, resellers, consultants, etc.)
Partner with Marketing to align demand generation, events, and brand positioning to sales priorities
Collaborate with Product/Technical Support and CTO org to ensure solutions fit, technical enablement, and competitive differentiation
Work closely with Service team to ensure realistic scope, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction
Ensure sales practices comply with company policies, contracting standards, and applicable laws
Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer-first behaviors
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 3+ years leading multi-region sales teams at director/VP level or above
Strong leadership capabilities: hiring, coaching, performance management, and building scalable processes
Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent), forecasting methodologies, and KPI management
Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in LED displays, AV/Pro-AV, fixed installation, digital signage, lighting, or adjacent technology/engineering-driven industries
Experience with enterprise/key account programs and channel partner ecosystems
Familiarity with project-based delivery environments and cross-functional execution models
