DSP Pathways Project Coordinator
AHRC Nassau is focused on creating a talent pipeline for future Direct Support Professionals. The Pathways Project Coordinator will develop and manage initiatives, coordinate recruitment efforts, and support staff participation in the NADSP E-Badge credentialing program.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement Pathways program activities, including recruitment plans, marketing materials, and community presentations
Coordinate work-based learning opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in human services
Support DSP/FLS staff with NADSP E-Badge requirements, including submission guidance, tracking progress, and facilitating support groups
Maintain accurate program records and prepare reports as needed
Attend meetings with NADSP representatives to review progress and identify trends
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Learning and Professional Development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Qualified driver status
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom)
Ability to engage students and staff effectively
Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing program activities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Successful completion of at least one E-Badge program preferred
Knowledge of NYS service systems for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is strongly preferred
