Sit in one of our California offices
Have experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions
Handle civil antitrust litigation, including managing discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases
Represent clients in state and federal court as well as enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Qualification
Required
experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions
experience in civil antitrust litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases
experience representing clients in state and federal court
experience with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission
Preferred
prior federal clerkship experience
background in economics or related subjects
