Responsibilities

Recruit, train, develop, and lead a diverse team of 8–10 Clinical Sales Specialists
Drive regional strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Lead customer targeting, territory planning, and account management across the region
Partner cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams to optimize performance
Gather and communicate field insights to inform commercial strategy and execution
Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders and institutions
Provide consistent coaching, field rides, and professional development discussions with team members
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive, behavior-based feedback
Ensure full compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, codes, and ethical standards
Travel approximately 75–80% of the work week (by air or car)

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 10 years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales teams
Proven track record of exceeding regional or national sales goals
Experience with injectable products and specialty pharmacy / HUB dynamics required
Solid understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare market access
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Preferred

Strong background in cardiology and/or rheumatology preferred
Rare Disease experience strongly preferred
Experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, or related support functions is a plus
