Account Manager
LED Phantom is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality LED lighting solutions. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales outreach, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers, identifying their needs and pain points, and offering customized solutions
Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are accurately tracked and forecasted
Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and pain points, and developing customized solutions that meet their requirements
Utilize utility rebates & solution-based selling approach to educate customers on the benefits and features of our energy efficient products and services such as LED Lighting, Controls, Refrigeration, EV Chargers, etc
Collaborate with the inside sales manager to develop and execute strategies that generate revenue growth.- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout customer journey
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales and LED lighting solutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the LED lighting or related industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
Solution-based selling mindset, with the ability to identify customer pain points and offer customized solutions that meet their needs
Ability to work independently and manage a large volume of sales calls and emails
Experience in managing leads and sales pipeline in a CRM system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
