JESS LEA LLC is seeking a Marketing Content Creator and Model to create and execute engaging marketing content for their wholesale and boutique. This role involves producing short-form video content, managing the retail content calendar, and bringing creativity and energy to on-camera appearances while staying ahead of social media trends.

Responsibilities

Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
Manage and execute the retail content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across platforms
Be an on-camera personality for Jess Lea bringing energy, authenticity, and creativity to every video
Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Edit video content for social platforms
Assist with content planning
Model efficiently during photoshoots
Interacting with customers on Social Media
Assist with Live Videos
Create engaging graphics & videos
Research social media, competitors and online trends
Create Flat Lay photo content
Assist with photoshoots
Support the owner and team members in any various projects
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing collateral
Photoshoot (some travel will be required) & videography as needed. Editing pictures and videos will be required if needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in marketing and 2+ management experience
Ability to multi-task

Experience with Shopify is a plus
Interacting with customers on Social Media
Assist with Live Videos
