Responsibilities
Data Integrity & Cleanup: Auditing existing lender records in our CRM to identify discrepancies, merge duplicates, and ensure contact information is up to date
Documentation Collection: Collaborating with the Lender Relations team to reach out to partners and collect missing or updated compliance documents
Standardization Projects: Build process for Lender onsite interactions and strategic meetings to tightly align with Product roadmap and initiatives
Onboarding Support: Assisting in the setup of new lender profiles to ensure they are ready to receive deal flow immediately
Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks in how we track lender requirements and suggesting more efficient ways to organize partner data
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with internal teams and potential external partners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of self-motivation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills, specifically regarding data entry and file management
