The State of South Carolina is focused on enhancing its workforce, and they are seeking a Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Analyst to assist jobseekers in quickly reentering the workforce. This role involves providing one-on-one assessments, developing individual reemployment plans, and conducting eligibility reviews to ensure the integrity of the Unemployment Insurance Benefits Program.

Government

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person UI eligibility assessments on a rotating schedule as defined by the RESEA program

Review work search activities, provide orientation to one-stop center services, make job referrals, create IEPs, and assist in resume creation

Conduct system-generated and RESEA-related UI eligibility reviews, identify and adjudicate issues on claims

Refer qualified RESEA applicants to jobs through SC Works, ensuring accuracy and suitability of referrals

Utilize SCUBI, SCWOS, SUITS, Salesforce, Manage Engine, and other workforce programs to serve RESEA participants
