Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and develop sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, talent market intelligence, and competitive hiring practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, sourcing, or staffing (agency experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and Boolean search
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
