Responsibilities

Install, service, and support DDS production inkjet and web press systems following technical drawings and SOPs
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools including volt meters and multimeters
Support large-scale industrial inkjet printers (color or monochrome preferred)
Work directly in production print factory environments with continuous web presses
Diagnose system failures, replace components, and order parts as needed
Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional onsite support
Provide remote technical support when not traveling

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on service experience in production print, manufacturing, or industrial equipment environments
Experience working with continuous web presses, production inkjet systems, or large-scale printing equipment
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Hands-on experience using a volt meter for troubleshooting
Comfortable working in factory / production floor settings
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Proficiency with Windows-based systems
Valid driver's license and passport
Ability to pass a background check & drug test

Preferred

Analog web press facility experience
Industrial inkjet (color or monochrome)
Vision systems, finishing equipment, or mail/insert operations
Manufacturing maintenance or production print backgrounds
