Sales Manager, Europe and Asia

Responsibilities

Collaborate on and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies, including annual sales targets and promotional plans
Observing and reporting back to engineering; market trends, customer needs, and competitors' capabilities, which will help to shape product development strategy and identify new opportunities
Manage relationships with AE Techron sales partners, distributors, and key customer accounts to foster loyalty and supply our superior level of customer satisfaction
Become knowledgeable in AE Techron products and EMC standards to be able to answer basic customer inquiries and to know when to bring technical specialists in to support potential or existing projects
Comfort working with customers who are experts in various technical markets including Automotive, Aerospace, Telecommunications testing, University, Military Research, and Imaging markets
Represent AE Techron at industry events, important customer-facing meetings, webinars, and communications
Collaborate with internal technical, applications, and engineering teams to conceptualize and develop customized solutions
Keep CRM system up to date with accurate customer and opportunity information
Travel, up to 10% of the time, possible

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or technical fields like physics and electrical engineering technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Interest in learning, ability to understand technical concepts
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Comfortable and skilled at interacting with customers, online, by phone, and in person

Preferred

Degrees and/or experience in both business and technical related fields
Understanding of EMC standards (e.g. in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense)
