Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales volume, revenue, and market share across the assigned state
Expand distribution through wholesalers, sub-distributors, DSD partners, and independent retailers
Lead all Route to Market (RTM) planning and execution, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
Build and maintain relationships with distributor partners and retail decision-makers to ensure alignment and performance
Identify high-potential opportunities to improve market penetration and product visibility
Oversee in-store execution standards including merchandising, pricing, and promotional compliance
Conduct regular market visits and business reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities
Use data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, analyze trends, and guide territory strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, trade, and operations to activate field programs and retail initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, and performance reports in CRM systems

Required

2–5 years of regional or field sales experience within CPG, beverage, supplement, or related industries
Strong understanding of multi-channel distribution models, including DSD and wholesaler networks
Demonstrated success in managing large territories and delivering sales growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Analytical, organized, and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
