IOP Program Assistant
BHcare is seeking an IOP Program Assistant to provide behavioral support during group sessions and assist with administrative and case coordination tasks. The role involves supporting children in a structured environment, coordinating case management, and providing individual support during moments of crisis.

Responsibilities
Assist children in following program rules and engaging in group activities
Support clinicians in maintaining a safe and structured environment
Coordinate case management and maintain accurate client records
Prepare and distribute weekly reports for IOP staff
Manage program supplies and facilitate communication with prior treatment providers
Provide individual support to clients during moments of crisis
Attend team meetings and participate in training for professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field required
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid/AED
Preferred
1+ year working with children/adolescents in behavioral health or special education
Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR)
