Project Administrator
Havtech is seeking a Project Administrator to provide executive support for sales management and marketing functions. This role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating between factories and customers, and managing project finances to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Provides executive support for sales management and marketing functions
Administration and management of equipment projects including coordination with multiple vendors and customers
Develops relationships with customers and provides support as necessary
Customer purchase order administration
Creates and manages vendor orders to meet customer requirements
Monitors project costs and makes adjustment to deliver at or under budget without sacrificing customer satisfaction
Documents work by maintaining files for each job
Coordinates service and technical support during start-up and throughout the warranty period
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry performing project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Windows/ Microsoft Office product knowledge required
Preferred
Familiarity with general or mechanical contracting or HVAC equipment sales preferred
