Responsibilities
Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
Develop and execute a strategy for new business generation and key account growth
Work closely with an experienced recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and follow-through
Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to strengthen market presence and relationships
Help shape the BD function in a fast-paced, start-up environment—ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up
Qualification
Required
Agency Recruitment Experience
2–5 years of experience in agency staffing in a BD or 360 role
Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong track record of billings
Preferred
Experience in tech, engineering, or accounting & finance staffing
