Senior Recruitment Consultant
Paul Bridges Group is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in New York City. This full-desk role is responsible for managing both business development and recruitment delivery, focusing on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates while overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold and warm outreach
Build strong client relationships with hiring managers, HR, and executive decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitch to contract negotiation
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and client needs across your vertical
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles using various platforms
Manage the full candidate process, including resume presentation, interview prep, feedback, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Serve as the main point of contact for both clients and candidates
Handle multiple active requisitions while providing timely updates and feedback
Deliver consistent service to retain and grow existing client accounts
Qualification
Required
Agency Recruitment Experience (Ideally pure BD or 360)
1–3+ years of staffing agency experience in a 360/full-desk capacity preferred
Proven success in business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a KPI/target-driven environment
Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
