Responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of seasonal merchandise plans, including product assortment, pricing, and placement strategies
Support the management of inventory levels, monitor product performance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the golf apparel industry
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product offerings align with brand strategy
Conceptualize and develop marketing tools for our sales partners, including sales sheets, presentations, and product knowledge guides
Lead the creation and coordination of seasonal product catalogs, from concept and content gathering to layout and printing
Assist with the planning and execution of industry tradeshows and special events, including logistics, booth setup, and on-site brand representation
Work with the retail and sales teams to create visual merchandising guidelines and appealing product displays for tradeshows and retail partners
Support the execution of promotional campaigns, including managing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and tracking performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in apparel merchandising or marketing, role (internship experience is applicable)
Excellent organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
A passion for the game of golf and knowledge of the golf apparel market is a significant plus
Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign are preferred
