Responsibilities
Researching prospects, their industries, and industry trends to add to proposals and support marketing initiatives; Drafting compelling sales documents based on research and Producer insight; and Assisting with writing, editing, and coordinating RFP responses
Works with marketing leadership and producers to create and execute client or niche-specific marketing plans
Monitors and reports on results of new business and retained business efforts
Monitors industry news for trends and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience
In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage work within multiple projects concurrently
Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, InDesign, database management systems
Expertise in Microsoft Word
