Responsibilities

Lead improvement initiatives to identify, recommend, and implement efficiency enhancements across mortality services workflows to optimize turnaround time, quality, and process consistency

Champion digital adoption of tools such as UCM, Claims Manager, and reporting platforms, including support for training, communication, and implementation activities

Represent business needs during the development, testing, and rollout of system enhancements and new technology solutions

Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure solutions meet operational requirements

Support the change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions during implementation of new processes and tools

Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization across underwriting and claims operations
