Required

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address licensing and compliance-related issues
Exceptional Customer Support and Communication skills for effective engagement with healthcare professionals and regulatory entities
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
Preferred
Familiarity with licensing requirements and processes across different states
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
