Responsibilities

Strong, practical expertise in customs valuation, including transaction value, related party transactions, assists, post importation adjustments, and alternative valuation methods

Experience with complex supply chains, Section 232 value issues, transfer pricing interactions, and CBP valuation audits is preferred

Additional experience in tariff classification, country of origin analyses, FTAs, duty mitigation strategies, and customs litigation is a plus

Comfortable with direct client engagement and able to work independently and collaboratively
