This varied role will involve supporting both sales and aftersales functions, assisting with customer enquiries, vehicle administration, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales team with administration, customer enquiries, and vehicle handovers
Assisting Aftersales with service bookings, invoicing, and customer communication
Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes
Providing excellent customer service across all departments
Supporting the day-to-day running of the BMW Motorrad dealership
Qualification
Required
Has a passion for motorbikes and motorcycle culture
Is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied environment
Has good communication and organisational skills
Is looking to develop a long-term career within BMW Motorrad/Honda
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided
