Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business with public and private school districts
Manage and grow a defined local territory
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct in-person meetings with school district decision-makers
Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
Track sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in a CRM
Meet or exceed established revenue targets
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in technology or solutions-based selling
Direct experience selling into K–12 school systems
Proven ability to prospect, present, and close new business
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
